OUR COMMITMENTS FOR MAIL ORDERS

The After-Sales Service:
The efficiency of the experienced manufacturer in high performance composite carbon fibers.

When calling or writing at CORIMA, an experienced agent answers all your technical questions over the phone or by internet.

A technician acknowledges receipt of your product when returned for a repair or a control.

An expertise is made by a technician within 24 hours upon receipt of the product(s).

A detailed estimate for repair is made and sent by postal services within 48 hours upon receipt of the product(s).

Works and repairs are made within 24 hours upon receipt of your agreement with the estimate for repair and the payment of the estimate.

The delivery of the parcel is made through a forwarder (please see “Delivery times and carriers” for further details). It is possible to subscribe to an insurance during transportation. The invoice is identical as the estimate for repair.

CORIMA manufactures high quality products and offers a high quality service to its customers, that’s our commitment. A Sales Manager can help you choose the best suited product(s) for you among our line of products. Prices are clear and easy to read as well as for shipping costs and insurance. A Sales Manager answers all your questions regarding the use, the maintenance and the warranty of CORIMA products.

The payment of your orders via credit card through our website is secured.


The complete satisfaction or full refund rule

1. You have 7 days to change your mind on corima.com

You have seven (7) days to return all or part of your order (except tailored and/or customized products) for exchange or refund. To do this, the unused products should be correctly protected in their original packaging and be accompanied by their invoice. The exchange or refund will be taken into account only for the product at its original price excluding delivery costs from the moment when the product is returned in perfect condition to CORIMA in its original packagings with delivery costs paid.

2. In case you receive a non-conform order, you get a full refund

We will pay you back or exchange the product that does not match your order. Your request and the return of the product(s) must be done within 7 open days after the delivery date.

“Return” shipping costs at CORIMA will be paid back to you on a basis of postal services “Letter service” for spare parts “Colissimo” or “Exapaq service” for parcels. Please contact us before sending items back to arrange the return in a good way.

(CORIMA will not take in charge returns of products made on an « Express service » basis for example).


THE COMMITMENT

1. Shipments inside France within 48H*

If you place an order before 3:00 p.m (except for frames), your order is shipped on the same day (except during week-ends, days off or holiday period), and the delivery time depends on the country you live in. Deliveries are made by Postal services for spare parts and by Exapaq for wheels, frames, etc... (required signature upon receipt of the order*).

If you place an order after 3:00 p.m (except for frames), your order is shipped the day after (except during week-ends, days off or holiday period).

Cardboard boxes are neutral without any CORIMA logo on in order to prevent from the risk of theft.

* Our cardboard boxes are especially adapted to protect the products, nevertheless if your parcel is damaged, open or items are missing or damaged upon delivery please make the required reserves and claim on the delivery form. It is the buyer”s responsibility to check the products and to make any reservations on delivery, and to make claim against the carrier within the time prescribed. May we remind you that our products are shipped at addresses’ own risks whichever the mode of transport chosen and that it is possible to subscribe to an insurance during transportation (see “Shipping Costs”) when placing an order.

3. International shipments

Corima guarantees you the best possible shipping way.

In order to deliver in the best possible times, it is necessary that you inform us of the name + address + phone number of the addressee when placing your order.
Parcels will not be delivered to:
- P.O Boxes
- «Poste restante» (general delivery, to be left till called for)

4. Taxes and custom duties

Taxes and custom duties due to goods importation must be paid by the addressee upon receipt of the parcels for deliveries outside the European Community.

The taxes amounts depend on the current rules applied in each country. Corima can unfortunately not inform you of their amounts.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to be informed of these necessary information from local authorities and to respect goods importation rules.

5. Invoice

There is an invoice for each order. The invoice is always attached to the parcel. The invoice mentions each item you ordered and includes the shipping costs.
